I operate a vape shop website directory and we have had a posting from a vape shop in the USA that additionally markets CBD goods. A Month later, PayPal has written to use to claim that our account has been limited and have requested us to remove PayPal as a payment method from our vape shop directory. We do not sell CBD products like CBD oil. We simply offer internet marketing solutions to CBD firms. I have visited Holland & Barrett-- the UK's Well known Wellness Retailer and if you take a close peek, you will witness that they promote a surprisingly substantial variety of CBD product lines, specifically CBD oil and they also happen to accept PayPal as a payment method. It appears that PayPal is employing contradictory standards to different companies. Due to this stipulation, I can no longer take PayPal on my CBD-related web site. This has restricted my payment options and currently, I am greatly reliant on Cryptocurrency payments and direct bank transfers. I have checked with a lawyer from a Magic Circle law practice in The city of london and they stated that what is the average output in cbd oil from one plant PayPal is doing is absolutely unlawful and inequitable as it should be applying a systematic standard to all companies. I am still to seek advice from a different attorney from a US law practice in London to see what PayPal's legal position is in the USA. For the time being, I would be extremely appreciative if anybody here at maxexcel.com.au could offer me with substitute payment processors/merchants that work with CBD firms.
