It appears that PayPal is administering contradictory standards to different firms. Due to this restriction, I can no longer accept PayPal on my CBD-related website. I have spoken with a lawyer from a Magic Circle law practice in The city of london and they stated that what PayPal is undertaking is entirely unlawful and inequitable as it should be applying a systematic standard to all firms.
