I oversee a vape store directory site and we have had a listing from a vape shop in the United States that also sells CBD product lines. A Calendar month later, PayPal has written to use to say that our account has been restricted and have requested us to take away PayPal as a payment method from our vape store directory site. We do not offer for sale CBD goods like CBD oil. We simply offer internet marketing solutions to CBD companies. I have taken a look at Holland & Barrett-- the UK's Top Health Merchant and if you take a good look, you will see that they sell a somewhat extensive series of CBD product lines, specifically CBD oil and they also happen to take PayPal as a settlement method. It appears that PayPal is applying double standards to many different firms. As a result of this stipulation, I can no longer take PayPal on my CBD-related website. This has limited my payment options and now, I am greatly dependent on Cryptocurrency payments and straightforward bank transfers. I how rare have both thc high level cbd cannabis strains talked with a barrister from a Magic Circle law practice in London and they stated that what PayPal is doing is completely not legal and inequitable as it should be applying a systematic standard to all firms. I am still to talk with yet another lawyer from a US law office in The city of london to see what PayPal's legal position is in the USA. In the meantime, I would be extremely appreciative if anybody here at maxexcel.com.au could offer me with alternative payment processors/merchants that work with CBD companies.
